On Thursday, Sept. 11, the seventh anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks against the United States, Operation Homefront will join groups across America to host an America Supports You Freedom Walk. The one-mile Freedom Walk will begin and end at Riverside Park in La Crosse.

The walk starts at 5:15 p.m., with on-site registration beginning at 3:30 p.m.

There is no cost to participate, but registration is required. There will be a free 2008 Freedom Walk T-shirt to early online registrants and participants while supplies last. Register at www.operationhomefront.net/wisconsin.
