The following log is based on reports from the Holmen and Onalaska police and fire departments.

Onalaska Police Department

Wednesday, July 16

10:54 a.m. — A 40-year-old woman on the 500 block of Court Road reported someone had fraudulently used her Social Security number to charge her bank account for utility payments in Appleton. The woman had reported her purse stolen in March 2007 and had never recovered it.

4:11 p.m. — A 17-year-old boy was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped for a traffic violation near the intersection of East Avenue North and Mason Street.

Thursday, July 17

3:35 p.m. — A Bangor man reported a prop from his boat motor had been stolen while the boat was on a trailer behind his truck while parked at the Wal-Mart. The prop was worth $170.

Friday, July 18

7:42 p.m. — A 47-year-old woman reported receiving numerous nuisance calls at her home on the 800 block of Vilas Street. She has received nine calls since July 4 where the calling party says nothing.

Saturday, July 19

1:38 p.m. — A 48-year-old Bangor woman reported a camera and a lens were stolen from her car while it was parked at the Woodman’s parking lot. The cost for the stolen items is approximately $700.

2:27 p.m. — A 24-year-old man reported his bicycle had been stolen from his driveway on the 500 block of Second Avenue North.

Holmen Police Department

Sunday, July 13

8:06 p.m. — Police responded to a call at the playground of Viking Elementary School where four youths tore a volleyball net and damaged a picnic table.

8:11 p.m. — A couple reported they were walking around Holmen Middle School and found trashed computer equipment in the trees by the north end of the track.

Monday, July 14

1:31 a.m. — A 29- year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery during a domestic disturbance on the 3500 block of Highway 35.

Wednesday, July 16

9:25 a.m. — A 14-year-old girl reported being harassed in an online chat room and by phone at her home on the 300 block of Mallard Drive.

Thursday, July 17

9:43 a.m. — Police assisted first responders on a call on the 300 block of North Star Road for a woman having a seizure.

8:05 p.m. — Police responded to the 700 block of Angel Court after a call from a 20-year-old man reporting his mother was trying to kill herself.

Sunday, July 20

12:46 p.m. — A man reported someone had entered his shed on the 300 block of Hillcrest and it appeared someone is staying in there.

7:13 p.m. — Police assisted first responders with a 47-year-old woman on the 200 block of Neitzel Drive who needed to go to the hospital because she was not thinking right.

Onalaska Fire Department

Tuesday, July 15

5:13 a.m. — First responder call on Critter Court for a person injured in a fall.

10:24 a.m. — First responder call on Kinney Coulee Road South for a person who had possibly broken their arm.

3:44 p.m. — Fire call on Kinney Coulee Road that was a false alarm.

Wednesday, July 16

5:09 p.m. — First responder call on Main Street for a person experiencing weakness.

7:29 p.m. — First responder call on Pine Crest Lane for a person injured in a fall.

Thursday, July 17

3:14 a.m. — First responder call on Larch Avenue for a person having a seizure.

3:16 p.m. — First responder call on 21st Avenue South for a person with a cut to the head.

7:15 p.m. — Fire call on Fourth Avenue North for a service call.

Friday, July 18

6:44 a.m. — First responder call on Eighth Avenue South for a person experiencing weakness.

12:04 p.m. — First responder call on Vilas Street for a person having a seizure.

8:21 p.m. — Fire call on Quincy Street for a passenger vehicle fire.

Saturday, July 19

12:56 a.m. — First responder call on Park Avenue for a person who was possibly having a stroke.

9:03 a.m. — First responder call on Mason Street for a person who was choking.

12:40 p.m. — Fire and first responder call for a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Quincy Street.

4:16 p.m. — First responder call on Highway 16 for a person who had possibly broken their arm or wrist.

4:57 p.m. — First responder call on Sixth Avenue North for a person injured in a fall.

5:44 p.m. — First responder call on Dutton Street for a person possibly having a stroke.

7:17 p.m. — First responder call on 10th Avenue North for a person having a seizure.

Sunday, July 20

11:06 p.m. — First responder call on Pine Crest Lane for a person with a bladder infection.

Monday, July 21

3:52 a.m. — First responder call on 13th Avenue South for a person who had a leg or knee injury.

3:49 p.m. — First responder call on Mason Street for a person having a breathing problem.

Sunday, July 13

2:03 a.m. — First responder call on the N6900 block of Highway XX for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.

3:14 p.m. — Fire call on the 600 block of Commerce Street for a fire in a dumpster or other outside container.

3:16 p.m. — Fire call on the N6100 block of Highway 35 for a grass fire.

4:30 p.m. — First responder call on the 2800 block of Pleasant Drive South for a person having chest pains.

6:41 p.m. — First responder call on the N5600 block of Cheyenne Drive for an unresponsive person.

Monday, July 14

12:57 p.m. — Fire call on the N7500 block of Highway 53 North for a grass fire.

3:08 p.m. — First responder call on Malin Court for a person with an unknown medical problem.

7:53 p.m. — First responder call on the 100 block of Holmen Drive South for someone who had overdosed.

7:11 p.m. — Fire call on the 300 block of Redwood Court for an alarm system activation.

Wednesday, July 16

3:12 a.m. — First responder call on the 100 block of Terri Circle Drive for a person injured in a fall.
