Iwould like to acknowledge a big thank you to Dave Skogen for the beautiful fireworks. They were absolutely beautiful.
Dave does so much for the city of Onalaska, and I really wonder how many people say “thank you.” Anyone I talked to said how much they enjoyed the fireworks. I just felt this should be acknowledged.
